Production
We have 26 Shima Seiki Automatic Flat knitting machines (5gg-7gg-12gg-14gg) we also 6 different subcontractor in Istanbul for 3gg-5gg-7gg-10gg-12gg-14gg working just for our company regularly.
We are sewing 200.000 pcs knitwear annualy in our own apparel department with 25 Remause, 3 overlock machine, 5 flat singer machine, 2 two needle machine, 2 bartag stitch machine, 1 buttonhole and 1 button machine.
We also work 9 different subcontractors in Istanbul, sewing 400.000 pcs knitwear annualy.
All quality control process take place in our own premises.
We are making all finishing and packaging process in our own department with 3 italian Comas Brand Laser mark presses, 2 open style knitwear presses and 3 jersey presses.
